Facilities, machinery and strong financials are essential, but most critical to our operation are personnel. Our
response capability, quality and customer service are all accentuated by the competence of our people.

Most of approximately 100 employees have been with us for many years. We care about them and their families. The welfare,
security and personal progress of the total work force are prime concerns for Brighton NC.

We provide 100% payment for tuition for any training that enhances employee capabilities. This definition is broad by
intent. Whether math, welding, machine trades, computer science or English, we cover it. We expect all operators to
eventually be able to setup machines, understand and be involved in fixture and tool design, read and interpret prints
and fully comprehend their responsibilities relative to our ISO procedures. In short, if you run our machines, you will become a modern day machinist.

All Brighton NC employees benefit from profit sharing. These are not token payments. The sharing is significant and therefore, everyone has a direct stake in the success of the business
